Tale of Us is a unique DJ/producer duo, whose renown rests on their attempt to recreate the traditions of electronic music, combining house and techno with pop, nu-disco, and even rock, melodies. Karm, who hails from Toronto, and Matteo, who comes from New York, met in Milan, Italy.
Later, when Berlin became the heart of electronica, they too answered the call of its effervescent club scene, and moved to the city. Their work shows signs of the influence of such artists as Nils Frahm and Ludovico Einaudi. Ever since their 2011 debut, they have become regular performers at the largest international festivals and clubs. They have mixed the 97th record of Fabric club’s eponymous label, to be released in 2018.
